Child Safety Standards (CSAE) – Talk Numero by Dexterosoft

1) Zero-Tolerance Policy

Talk Numero and Dexterosoft have a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any content or behavior that exploits, sexualizes, grooms, harms, or endangers a child is strictly prohibited and will be removed and reported.

2) Definitions

• CSAE: conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children (e.g., grooming, sextortion, trafficking).
• CSAM: any visual depiction involving a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, including computer-generated imagery.

3) Prohibited Content & Behaviors

• CSAM of any kind; sexualization of minors; grooming; solicitation of sexual imagery from or of minors; sextortion; trafficking.
• Any message, image, or link submitted to us that depicts or encourages CSAE/CSAM.

4) How to Report

When reporting, please include any relevant details, links, screenshots, and timestamps if possible.

5) Our Enforcement Process

• We promptly review reports and remove violating content.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts, restrict features, and preserve data for law-enforcement requests.

6) Legal Compliance

We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the regions where we operate, and with platform policies including Google Play's Child Safety Standards.
