How to request deletion

Email us at cbraidestiny@gmail.com from the email address or mobile number registered on your account, with the subject "Delete my Talk Numero account".

What will be deleted

After confirming your request, we delete your account and associated data, including your profile information (name, mobile number, email, date of birth, time of birth, gender), booking history, and contact/support messages stored on our servers.

Retention & exceptions

We may retain limited data where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or billing/tax obligations (for example, records of payments made for consultations). Such data is isolated and deleted once it is no longer required.

Timing

We process deletion requests within 7 days of verifying your identity. You can cancel a pending request within that window by replying to our confirmation email.

Verification

To protect your account, we may ask you to verify the email address or mobile number registered with Talk Numero before we process the request.
