Talk Numero ("we", "us", "our") is developed and operated by Dexterosoft. This policy explains what information we collect through the Talk Numero app and website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1) Information We Collect

When you create an account or use Talk Numero, we collect:

• Account information: name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, time of birth, and gender.
• Booking information: the service you select, your preferred date and time, and the amount payable for that service.
• Contact/support messages: your name, email address, subject, and message when you contact us through the app.

We do not collect payment card or bank login details through the app. Payments are made manually via bank transfer or UPI using details we display in the app, and you may separately choose to share a payment confirmation screenshot with us over WhatsApp — that exchange happens directly between you and our WhatsApp number, outside of the app.

2) How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and log you in.
• To process bookings and generate numerology/Vastu reports and predictions you request.
• To respond to questions submitted through the Contact Us form.
• To display your saved details (like your booking history) back to you within the app.

3) How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With C.B. Roy and our consultation team, so they can prepare and deliver the numerology/Vastu consultation or report you booked.
• Where required by law, or to protect against fraud or misuse of our services.

4) Data Storage & Security

Your account information is stored on our servers and is also cached on your device (in the app's local storage) so the app can show your details without needing an internet connection every time. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

5) Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide services to you. You can request deletion at any time — see Section 8 below.

6) Children's Privacy

Talk Numero is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. See our Child Safety Standards page for details.

7) Third-Party Services

The app relies on standard Android/Google Play services to function (e.g. Google Play services for app delivery and updates). We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics networks. If this changes, we will update this policy.

8) Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing cbraidestiny@gmail.com. For account deletion specifically, see our Delete Account & Data page.

9) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
